This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied.

HOWEVER, WE OFFER EXTENDED WARRANTIES AT ADDITIONAL COST FROM 3 MONTHS TO 4 YEARS UNLIMITED MILEAGE FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. THE PRICING IS AS FOLLOWS,& ALL ARE UNLIMITED MILEAGE: 3mos $399, 6mos $599, 12mos $799, 24mos $999, 36mos $1499, 48mos $1999.

We also have a power train only warranty available for: 3mos/4500mi $199, 6mo/7500mi $279, 12mo/18000mi $449. Please call for full details.

The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms of sale apply to all of our sales.

Payment Methods
Certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing.  All funds must be in US dollars only.  

Deposit
All Deposits are Non-Refundable.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of origination of transaction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
All sales are subject to a $150.00 admin fee, and Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002485 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $24.85 VIT Taxes. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration fee of $100.50 Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

We will store vehicle free of charge for 30 days. After this period a $15.00 per day charge will accrue. All Sales are final, No-Returns. This transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, County Tarrant. Licensed and regulated by TXDOT. Furthermore by entering into the purchase contract it is understood any and all causes of action that may arise shall be filed accordingly in the State of Texas, County Tarrant.
